WhichPLM has always tried to cover the full range of news, events and developments from around the world, but this year has seen us secure more exclusives than ever before.
From reporting on international events to breaking exclusive news, our continued efforts and good relationships with vendors and customers alike have allowed us to bring you a mix of news, opinion and insight unlike any other.
Continuing this trend, this week saw the publication of an exclusive report on the British Retail Consortium’s International Retailing 2012 event, which took place in London last month. My report contains a full account of the day’s event, exclusive photography, and a unique look at how retail is growing and diversifying in an increasingly difficult climate.
Also exclusive to WhichPLM was the latest instalment in Kilara Le’s incredibly popular “Extending PLM” series. This month Kilara looks at the sometimes-unexpected way that E-PLM can optimise design and trend analysis without compromising the core creativity that underpins product development. Kilara’s monthly columns have proved to be one of our most popular fixtures, and I know that she has a great deal more to say in the future.
Pioneering here this week, too, were brand new E-PLM suppliers Interactive Video Innovations. We have an exclusive interview with IVI’s leading figures due for publication very soon, but readers can learn more about the company’s services by checking out their supplier listing here on WhichPLM.
In the news this week were Gerber Technology, who announced further recruitment expansion with the appointment of Candace Dozer as their Account Executive for the West Coast of America, TradeStone, who revealed a new partnership with quality control experts AsiaInspection, and Computer Generated Solutions (suppliers of the BlueCherry suite) who have been named to the 2012 President’s Club for Microsoft Dynamics for the second year running.
Readers can look forward to yet more exclusives over the coming weeks, as we reveal two event reports and a series of interviews that you won’t find anywhere else.
