PTC, suppliers of PLM to the retail, footwear and apparel industry, have today announced an open, round-table event taking place in Paris on 25June 2012.  The French language event will be held at the Hôtel Royal Monceau, and will focus on the role that product lifecycle management (PLM) plays in reducing time to market, optimising sourcing processes, and boosting productivity by enabling retailers, brands, and manufacturers to better anticipate demand.

Beginning with a welcome session at 16:00, the event will then centre around a testimonial from PTC customers Devanlay (exclusive manufacturers for Lacoste), a demonstration of the latest version of the company’s FlexPLM solution and the capabilities that make it uniquely suited to the fashion industry, and finally a presentation from international management consultancy Kurt Salmon, who will examine the keys to a successful PLM strategy.

The event will close with a structured question-and-answer session and cocktail reception.
