GSD awarded Queens Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2009


GSD (Corporate) Limited, the developers of the industry leading time-based cost benchmarking, productivity improvement and social compliance solutions – “GSD Enterprise” and “GSD Quest” – has been awarded “The Queens Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2009” for outstanding exports over the three year period from 2006 to 2008 inclusive.

The core product, GSD Enterprise, is aimed at the sewn products industries which, amongst others, encompasses clothing, footwear, automotive, luggage and furniture sectors, and is deemed the benchmark Pre-determined Time System for this industry sector. GSD Quest compliments GSD Enterprise and enables personnel with little or no production knowledge to use the integrity of GSD data to develop, at an early stage in product development, a pre-cost time analysis for any given product.

With customers on all continents, key markets are currently China, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and the Americas. Ninety Eight percent of the company’s annual turnover derives from export sales.
