Human Solutions acquires a stake in Sistemi assyst SRL, Italy

 (KAISERSLAUTERN/LAINATE, NOVEMBER 10TH, 2009) Human Solutions GmbH, of Kaiserslautern, Germany, continues to expand – the company has now acquired a 45% stake in the Italian company, assyst Sistemi. May of this year saw Human Solutions take over the assyst GmbH in Aschheim-Dornach, Germany and put the company back on course for success. “For us, the Italian apparel market is one of the most important in Europe, on a par with the German market. The interconnection between Italian fashion consciousness and ‘Made in Germany’ technology will enable us to keep abreast of European fashion trends and make assyst solutions successful on a global scale”, said Dr. Andreas Seidl, CEO of Human Solutions GmbH, commenting on his company’s latest corporate acquisition.

 “With assyst and Human Solutions together, we can address the entire value-added chain in the apparel industry – all the way from the store to product development and cut construction.” Peter Stampfli, CEO of Sistemi assyst said “This move has created one of the largest niche suppliers for the apparel sector, and not only in Germany.”

The Human Solutions GmbH Group of Companies, comprised of Human Solutions of North America, USA; assyst GmbH, Aschheim-Dornach and Sistemi assyst, Italy now has around 160 employees at four global sites.
