Ilse Jacobsen increases efficiency by an instant sharing of information



Inspired by the natural and raw beauty of the idyllic seaside of Denmark, Ilse Jacobsen gets the ideas for Ilse Jacobsen Hornbæk and all the sub-brands. With multiple projects, platforms and Excel documents, Ilse Jacobsen Hornbæk found the optimal solution in Delogue. The user-friendly platform enabled them to realize their wish to have accurate and efficient development processes collected in one place.

“We where looking for something fast and with a user-friendly interface that wouldn´t alienate our big team”, says Bianca Hegedüs, Brand Manager at Ilse Jacobsen Hornbæk. “Delogue became our choice, as it didn´t require us to change any other IT solutions or routines, and we could easily get started”.

Ilse Jacobsen Hornbæk were looking for a solution that could provide a platform, which could also allow communication between all parts of the business and give instant sharing of changes. Bianca Hegedüs states, “We spent hours on inaccurate updates in Excel. Our management rarely had the full picture without involving our complete team of designers, buyers and production”. However, already two weeks after the implementation of the online Product Data Management Tool, Ilse Jacobsen Hornbæk feels released from hours of work in Excel. “We are already now able to feed our sales staff, with quick overviews and status – even being asked for a rapport isn´t a drag but fun – because it is so visual”.

Easy implementation phase

At Delogue, we work hard to provide the optimal support for each individual customer. Bianca explains, “Of cause the implementation phase is quite tiresome, but our team quickly got the hang of the Delogue platform and in a couple of hours everybody was really dedicated”.

“Besides the team members at Ilse Jacobsen, the Delogue support team has been awesome. Without the excellent support and rapid understanding of our issues and demands the quick implementation hadn’t been possible”. From Delogue’s side, we ensure that every team member gets hands on help, support and education, which is highly valued in hectic lifestyle work environment.

The next step for Ilse Jacobsen Hornbæk is to get the two-way integration of their ERP system to work. Using Delogue as their point of entry to ERP data, will make them more flexible and ready for the future expansions and growth plans.
