Scandinavian fashion house invests to better control product costs and enhance margins
CAMPBELL, Calif., November 10 , 2016 – J.Lindeberg, the Swedish fashion and sportswear brand, has selected Centric Software to provide its Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution. J.Lindeberg, founded in Stockholm in 1996 by Johan Lindeberg, designs functional yet fashion-forward clothing to suit an active lifestyle. Inspired by Johan Lindeberg’s vision to update the fashion and golf industries at a time when traditional golf clothes were stiff and unfashionable, the brand now offers menswear and womenswear golf, ski and active wear in addition to fashion and tailored clothing collections. With distribution in 900 stores across 37 countries, J.Lindeberg had grown to the point where a PLM system became necessary to keep track of product information to control product margins.

Centric initially reached out to J.Lindeberg in late 2015, anticipating their potential need for a PLM solution. This kickstarted a process of considering a number of local vendors and international competitors and ended when J.Lindeberg selected Centric.
