Kümmel decides in favor of Koppermann

The manufacturer of blouses and shirts for Corporate Fashion will in future work with the Product Lifecycle Management System from Koppermann to optimize its processes.

Handling complicated Excel lists, Word files and drawings in PDF format will soon be a thing of the past thanks to the Koppermann PLM system. The goal is to bundle all of the data and to guarantee that every employee is always at the same, up-to-date level. PLM makes data more transparent within the company, thereby simplifying communication.

As Rebekka Barth, Head of Purchasing at Kümmel, reports:“ We also looked at other PLM providers, but Koppermann’s flexibility is what convinced us. Here, the PLM system adapts to our processes instead of us having to adjust them to suit a rigid system. We found that very appealing. The system’s intuitive operation was also a huge plus. That is why choosing Koppermann as a partner was an easy decision to make.“

Future users will easily find their way around the new system thanks to its user friendliness. Managing large quantities of data is uncomplicated with Koppermann. All product information is stored centrally and duplicate entries are avoided. That not only shortens development time, it also increases the economic efficiency of products.
