Imran Ali’s nomination is part of Lectra’s strategy to strengthen its presence worldwide. His mission will be to lead Lectra’s team in developing long-term strategic relationships with customers in the UK and Ireland, providing them with unrivalled support in overcoming challenges and helping them develop future strategies.

Beginning his career 18 years ago within the financial services sector, Imran brings a wealth of sales and leadership experience to Lectra, working for companies such as Telewest Broadband and Thus Group Plc, responsible for the B2B market as a business development manager. In 2009, Imran joined Global Crossing / Level 3 and fast became a regional sales director where he was responsible for developing a sales organisation and growing revenues in the UK. Imran is a graduate in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bradford.
