Men’s Fashion Leader Haber Holding Accelerates Omnichannel Strategy with Aptos Technology

To unify its digital and physical retail channels, Haber Holding will deploy Aptos Enterprise Order Management

LONDON — September 17, 2020 — Aptos, a recognised market leader in retail technology solutions, today announced that Haber Holding has selected the Aptos Enterprise Order Management solution to accelerate omnichannel transformation across its retail enterprise. The technology deployment will empower Haber Holding to bring new and enhanced offerings to its loyal customers, including the ability to purchase items online and pick up those items at their local store.

Based in Mexico City, Haber Holding is the parent company of three of the most prominent men’s fashion brands in Mexico: Men’s FashionRobert’s and High Life. In total, the family-owned company operates over 170 stores, selling everything from formal and casual suit collections to men’s apparel and accessories, including shirts, jeans, ties and belts.

As Haber Holding looks to the future, it is focused on bringing increased unity between its store locations and digital channels, notably its e-commerce websites. With Forrester estimating that online retail sales in Latin America will reach $129 billion by 2023, progressive retail companies such as Haber Holding are making strategic investments to offer shoppers an omnichannel experience that includes “endless aisle” orders in stores and expanded fulfillment options.

“As a leader in the textile and fashion industry in Mexico for over 40 years, we believe that it is important to continuously reinvent our business to best serve our customers while staying true to our core values,” said Silvio Galimberti, CEO of Haber Holding.

“With Aptos’ order management technology, we will offer shoppers a seamless experience across channels, expanded ways to engage with our brands, and new levels of convenience and fulfillment flexibility,” Galimberti concluded.

By selecting Aptos’ cloud-based Enterprise Order Management solution, Haber Holding will benefit from a centralised commerce hub to profitably manage all orders throughout their lifecycle. The solution offers core capabilities for enterprise inventory visibility, order orchestration and routing, customer service, store fulfillment, and more to help retailers fully integrate their physical and online channels.

“To keep pace with customers’ shifting expectations, Haber Holding is embarking on a technology innovation journey that includes the foundation for omnichannel excellence — a world-class order management system,” said Noel Goggin, Aptos CEO and culture leader. “Aptos is proud to support Haber Holding in its next phase of growth and transformation with our industry-leading retail solutions.”
