VOC

(Voice of the Customer)

Voice of the Customer (VoC) is a term that describes the customer’s feedback about their experiences with and expectations for your products and any after services. It focuses on customer needs, expectations, understandings, and product improvement. VoC systems can be used to test NPI (new product introductions) & Collections. They can also be used to survey products, materials, silhouettes, colours and pricing details.Today’s best in breed VoC solutions will utilise A.I. and Machine Learning to help predict best buys, seasonality, weather and a multitude of parameters that can be fed into the solution. They will also be frictionless meaning that they can be loaded quickly with test data and can come back to the retailer and brand in a matter of hours. One of the critical requirements of a VOC solution is the size of its consumer platform and international coverage. The higher the number of testers the better the results!PLM solutions can be intergraded into VOC’s / A.I. / M.L. solutions to help improve the accuracy and speed of execution.
