2. LICENCE TERMS
Below are two separate sets of Licence Terms. If you are downloading the Survey as an educational institution or for use within an educational environment, then the Education Licence Terms below apply to you; for everyone else the Commercial Licence Terms below apply.

3. EDUCATION LICENCE

The below terms and conditions (“Permissions”) accompany the distribution terms and conditions (“Publication Terms”) as set out on the Customer Survey Report and Buyer’s Guide 2010 (ID: 2010/0001/PLM/S) (“Survey”).

“Survey Content” unless otherwise defined in context means a small extract from the Survey including but not limited to a few lines of text, a paragraph or a specific graphic.

Where the Permissions conflict with the Publication Terms, the Publication Terms will take precedent. Product Lifecycle Marketing Limited reserves the right to periodically update the Permissions.

1. With an educational licence you can:
1.1. Copy or reproduce Survey Content for educational, research or teaching purposes.
1.2. Copy or reproduce digital Survey Content and produce paper copies of Survey Content for educational, research or teaching purposes internally within the institution.
1.3. Copy Survey Content in a prospectus, brochure, publication, document or handout for educational, research or teaching purposes externally outside the institution subject to a reasonable accompanying source citation.
1.4. Copy Survey Content in digital form on the institution web site or Intranet for educational, research or teaching purposes externally outside the institution subject to a reasonable accompanying citation and the institution enforcing reasonable copy protection measures.

2. An educational licence will not allow you to:
2.1. Use Survey Content for any purpose other than educational, teaching or research purposes, such as commercial ventures or publications.
2.2. Distribute any Survey Content to any third parties who are not either direct employees or registered as students of the institution unless permitted under section 1.
2.3 Copy, reproduce or distribute the survey in its entirety for use externally outside the institution.

4. COMMERCIAL LICENCE

The below terms and conditions (“Permissions”) accompany the distribution terms and conditions (“Publication Terms”) as set out on the Customer Survey Report and Buyer’s Guide 2010 (ID: 2010/0001/PLM/S) (“Survey”).

1.2. Copy or reproduce digital Survey Content and produce paper copies of Survey Content for commercial or commercial research purposes internally within the organisation.
1.3. Copy Survey Content in a prospectus, brochure, publication, document or handout for commercial or commercial research purposes externally outside the organisation subject to a reasonable accompanying source citation.
1.4. Copy Survey Content in digital form on the organisation web site or intranet for commercial or commercial research purposes externally outside the organisation subject to a reasonable accompanying source citation and the organisation enforcing reasonable copy protection measures.

2. A commercial licence will not allow you to:
2.1. Charge a fee or remuneration for any prospectus, brochure, publication, document or handout that incorporates Survey Content
2.2. Distribute any Survey Content to any third parties who are not direct employees of the organisation unless permitted under section 1.
2.3 Copy, reproduce or distribute the survey in its entirety for use externally outside the organisation.
