Human Solutions Acquires Software Firm AVM

(GERMANY, JULY 2011) Human Solutions announced this week that it has acquired the ERP/PDM provider AVM GmbH & Co. ISYS KG effective as of 30th June 2011. According to Human Solutions, when taken into consideration with its subsidiaries assyst (acquired in May 2009) and AVM, it is now the largest sole-source provider of seamless system solutions for the apparel industry in the German-speaking market.
