Verve Sketch developers announce rebranding, with renewed focus on software and continued development

(Manchester, UK, 20 April 2012) Verve Sketch Software Limited today announced its rebranding.  Previously known as Vector Vogue Limited, the company has chosen to adopt a new brand that reflects its ongoing commitment to the Verve Sketch design library platform.

Seasonal looks originate in fashion capitals around the world, and designers race to adapt those pioneering trends into their own unique products – to be sourced, manufactured and sold in more territories today than ever before.  Released in 2011, Verve Sketch is an unparalleled library of industrialised styles and components, featuring more than 10,000 vector images designed to streamline the creation of new products and enable designers to keep pace with customer demand.  Profitability in the apparel industry demands the delivery of “fast fashion”: products that are on trend and on time.

Verve Sketch is cloud-based, and built upon Adobe’s Air framework.  Since its launch the company has been committed to maintaining that agility, and the intervening period has seen the ongoing development of the Verve Sketch user interface, components library, and its integration with the full range of industry-standard design tools.

It is this commitment to agility and innovation that informed the company’s rebranding, as Rob Smith, Operations Officer of Verve Sketch Limited, explains:

Our roadmap for the development of Verve Sketch is long-established, and I am thrilled by the progress our team has already made in developing the security and usability of the software.  We are all committed to creating the most fully-featured, uniquely flexible design library on the market, so our decision to rebrand the company was the logical next step in a passion that has informed our work since the beginning.

The continued development of Verve Sketch is unaffected by this rebranding, and Verve Sketch Limited invites representatives from every stage of product development to visit its new homes on the web to find out how – with no costly acclimatisation period or training – Verve Sketch can enable truly modern product development.
