Visual 2000 Extends PLM Focus to Global Retailers through New Sales Director

Visual 2000 has recruited Eric Dahan to fill the newly created position of Director of Sales for PLM to the retail sector. Dahan will leverage his diverse sales, consulting, and IT expertise to focus PLM sales and product application efforts with softlines and other retailers worldwide.

(MONTREAL, QC  CANADA  APRIL  7, 2010) Visual 2000 International Inc. has recruited former Silicon Graphics sales executive Eric Dahan to the newly created position of Director of Sales for Retail PLM. The move is designed to focus sales and product alignment efforts of the company’s web-based Visual PLM.net® product lifecycle management (PLM) software solutions for the worldwide retail sector. Based in the Montreal headquarters, Mr. Dahan will leverage his 16 years of information technology (IT) industry experience to help softlines and other retailers streamline their product design, merchandising, development, and sourcing processes through the implementation of Visual PLM.net.

Having served in a broad spectrum of roles covering support, escalations, consulting, pre-sales and sales, Dahan is an accomplished industry veteran with expertise in managing customer expectations and strengthening customer relationships.  Prior to joining Visual 2000, he served as a Sales Executive for SGI’s Eastern Canada operations.  Eric holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Montreal University.
