Focused, bi-weekly online sessions will cover client’s most requested system training topics to enable greater productivity and system best practices.

Montreal, QC  February  23, 2012Visual 2000 International Inc. is launching an all-new Visual 2000 E-Learning Program that will make efficient and affordable online training sessions available to its fast-growing global apparel and fashion industry clientele. Conducted by the company’s professional training staff, each twice-monthly webinar will cover a specific post-implementation training need identified through ongoing customer survey responses.  The innovative program promises to help Visual 2000 customers maximize the benefits of their enterprise software systems (ERP) while enhancing overall business productivity.

According to Jonathan Benoualid, Visual 2000 Business Development Associate, “Our E-Learning Program is designed to meet the needs of our customers that want to get the most from their systems. By focusing convenient, one-hour online sessions on a specific topic, the format provides busy professionals with the knowledge they need to solve their toughest business challenges with minimum impact to their work schedules. So far, customer requests are generally more advanced and problem-solving in nature than those covered in our initial training program. We believe that customers will benefit greatly from this program.”

Entitled “Managing Availability and Automatic Picking”, the inaugural March 1 training session will demonstrate how Visual 2000 solutions can help companies better manage Available to Sell, Available to Ship, and Reserved Inventory among other related business issues. New topics, such as “Credit Management” scheduled for March 15, will be selected based on overall customer requests. Customers registering for each session are also invited to provide advance questions on the scheduled topic to ensure that their issues are addressed in the session.

To participate in any e-learning session, Visual 2000 customers may register trough a convenient email invitation or by contacting their local customer service center. Each company may enroll an unlimited number of employees in a single meeting for a nominal fee.
