(MANCHESTER, UNITED KINGDOM, 8 JUNE 2012) Which Executive Search Limited today officially announced that their new website is live and provides a raft of new features for both employers and prospective candidates.

“The previous website has been used since the start of the business and was loaded with advanced features for apparel product development recruitment” Which Executive Search’s CEO Rob Smith said. “We discovered that we simply made the previous website too complicated for our users and took the opportunity to re-develop the web presence to make it bigger, better and bolder.”

The new website has a far superior user experience and is much more social media-friendly. Some of the new features include:  highly interactive job board with job alerts and RSS; job aggregation to SimplyHired, Careerbuilder, Indeed, Google Base, Juju and others;  more appealing fee structure for job advertising; and a resume store for prospective candidates seeking employment. All built on a new HTML5 framework to provide the best browsing experience regardless of platform or device.

“We’ve had a team of 2 developers, 2 researchers and 1 designer building the new web presence for around 3 months now. We’re very happy with the progress we’ve made but this is still very much a work in progress. We want to ensure that Which Executive Search becomes the de-facto standard for apparel product development system roles which means better integration with job aggregation sites including Linkedin and syndication of the best HR content and articles from the web” said Smith.

Which Executive Search will continue to work closely with its sister company WhichPLM to ensure that all jobs are syndicated across the wider group web network reaching  around 12,000 direct industry users and up to 250,000 social network users. “It’s a simple fact with role advertising that the greater the reach the greater quantity of quality candidates. This is greatly emphasised when part of our marketing reach is already qualified by the activities of WhichPLM specific to our industry. As both businesses grow and diversify their offerings, the quality of our industry networks and thus or advertising reach is only going to grow.”
