Last year, we published the first WhichPLM Customer Survey. Comprising some 20,000 words and sold directly to interested parties, the Survey was intended to paint as comprehensive a picture as possible of the state of the industry as it was in September of 2010. This year, we’re building on that aim.
Rather than repeat last year’s survey format, this year’s publication will be provided absolutely free of charge from the outset and will adopt a brand-new format. To be titled “WhichPLM Annual Review 2011”, it will provide the same detailed industry feedback as last year – refined and renewed. It will also collect the best of WhichPLM’s articles and insight from the last twelve months.
That industry feedback represents your chance, readers, to make your voices heard to some of the most influential figures and some of the highest-profile vendors, retailers, brands and manufacturers around the world. Starting today, you can have your say right here on WhichPLM.
We conducted last year’s survey by contacting more than 500 customers of PLM directly, and asking them to complete a detailed questionnaire. This year we have democratised the entire process, and users can participate in the survey using our bespoke online portal and without individual invitations.
If you are a customer of PLM – in any role – then, beginning today, we invite you to share your thoughts on the real day-to-day experience of working with PLM. We estimate that the questionnaire will take no more than fifteen minutes of your time, and responses will be published anonymously as the core of the WhichPLM Annual Review 2011.
This year the survey has been designed to fit your schedule; using our portal, incomplete questionnaires can be saved and completed at a later date.
