WhichPLM to Keynote IT4Fashion 2020


Manchester, England, 14th February 2020 – Following a visit to Florence to meet with IT4Fashion’s prestige organisational committee earlier this month, WhichPLM is delighted to announce that our own Mark Harrop will keynote the event. The tenth edition of the IT4Fashion conference will take place at the Certosa di Firenze, 4th to 5th March 2020.

During the two days participants will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with the most important fashion companies in our industry, and with reference experts through keynotes, case study presentations, focus panels and debates. There will be an exhibition area dedicated to innovative products and solutions, both software and hardware, capable of supporting the entire product lifecycle.

The contributions will focus on issues selected by the IT4Fashion scientific committee, made up of the main CIOs of fashion companies, and will range from topics related to Industry 4.0 to Sustainability and circular economy. Discussed will be: Cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management, Data Loss Prevention, Blockchain, together with Virtual and Augmented reality, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Data Lakes, Big Data and Analytics. The conference will also deal with issues related to the simulation and the concept of Digital Twin, up to Machine Learning. Finally, issues related to traceability, environmental and social sustainability, second hand and LCA will be touched.
